Our Pre-Qualify program was specifically designed for the restoration industry; however, it can be used by ANY type of cleaning/restoration business. We understand that when you need equipment, you need it right away. Taking the time to gather your needed documentation in a state of emergency can prove to be difficult and frustrating. Avoid that frustration and get pre-qualified today!

When natural disaster strikes, waiting for financing, approval, and documents could mean the difference between you taking care of your customer, or your competition doing so. It could also mean the difference between you or your competitor walking out the door of your equipment dealer with the last 4 dehumidifiers in stock.

That’s why Aztec Financial offers the Pre-Qualify Program.

How It Works

  1. Submit an application for an approval and receive a Pre-Qualify Letter. This letter outlines the amount of your approval.
  2. At the time of your equipment or commercial vehicle need, you can choose to take the full amount at one time or you can choose to draw a portion thereof and we will issue a Master Contract, Loan(Equipment Finance Agreement), or Lease.
  3. One of our financing specialists will help you choose which program and payment type best fit your business and tax needs. Just pay your initial payment to the dealer (as low as $150), take your equipment and/or vehicle, and go!

The Pre-Qualify program carries no obligation or cost and does not report to your personal credit. Approvals are valid for up to 6 months. We do offer rate structure discounts for any draw, over $15,000.

Most applications can be qualified up to $50,000 with application only and up to $200,000 with additional financial information.

What type of equipment can be financed?

Asset Protection Program

Aztec Financial provides a quick, easy comprehensive solution to protect your new equipment. With our Asset Protection Program you have:

Aztec is the insured on our Utah based blanket policy which covers millions of dollars in assets.

Have you ever tried to get tornado coverage in Kansas? What about hurricane coverage in Florida? The program through Aztec is based off OUR location in Utah. This means that because Utah has very few natural disasters, the program covers disasters in locations where they wouldn’t generally be covered at rates that are UNBEATABLE.

Aztec Financial Asset Protection Program Policy* -vs- Standard Business Insurance Policy
Freeze Coverage Freeze coverage is EXCLUSIVE to Aztec. It covers any and all damages caused by freezing. Freeze damage coverage is simply not available on policies that you have access to as a private insured. Most freeze damage repairs vary between $2,000 and $4,500.
No deductible for all losses over $100 except freezing, which has a $1,000 deductible. Deductible varies, but typically ranges from $250 to over $1,000.
Covered Losses Broader protection includes standard business policy coverage, plus loss caused by fire, lighting, hail, wind, vandalism, burglary, theft, employee theft, accidental damage, power surge, flood, FREEZING and so much more! Typically covers fire, lightning, hail, wind, vandalism, and some types of water damage.
Cost The Asset Protection Program charge is fixed throughout the entire term of the contract. There are no limits on the number of times equipment can be replaced if the loss is a covered event. Your premium will NOT increase as a result of a claim. Payments are included in the monthly contract but are itemized on the statement. Most insurance companies require the premium to be paid in advance. In some cases, they require as much as a 6 to 12 month prepayment. The insurance premium is not fixed; therefore in the event of a claim the premium will usually increase, or worse yet, the policy will be CANCELLED!
Mobile Coverage Equipment is covered while it is in transit, on the job site, or at the shop. Usually does not cover equipment while in transit or on the job site.
Location Equipment is covered anywhere equipment is located within the U.S. (including its territories and possessions) and Canada. No exclusions – even in areas prone to floods, hurricanes or other natural disasters. Rates and eligibility are usually determined by geographic location.
Payment Terms Coverage cost can NOT be increased and the program will NOT be cancelled due to loss experience. Annually renewed. Coverage cost can be increased and policy can be cancelled due to loss experience/claim.
Provider Rating Asset Protection Program is provided by Great American Insurance Company and Great American Assurance Company, rated “A” (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company as of 3/27/2009. Provider ratings typically vary, and they may be low.
Claims Service In-house, high-quality customer service typically not found with other providers. Rapid claim resolution by claims adjustors who specialize in commercial equipment claims so you get the replacement equipment quickly and efficiently. Most claims will result in a check to facilitate equipment repairs in 24-48 hours. Customer service is often outsourced. Claims are often resolved by third parties with no expertise in resolving equipment claims. Resolution can take up to 2 weeks or more which results in more time that you are not operational.

What We Do

Aztec Financial has partnered with consumer lenders who arrange for a FAST CASH financing solution for your customer. Upon approval, your customer can have up to $50,000 wired into their bank account in as little as 24 hours.

The Homeowner Support Program through Aztec can also be used as a valuable marketing tool for your business. Extended Service Agreement

How protected are you?

With your new vehicle comes a manufacturer warranty, so you are protected… Right? WRONG!

What does the factory offer?

  • Bumper to Bumper Warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles
  • Power Train Warranty for 5 years or 100,000 miles – Did you know that the Power Train is basically transmission and engine only?

Also consider this: How heavy is the equipment that you are hauling in your van? All that weight significantly increases wear and tear.

Isn’t this sufficient?
The average carpet cleaner puts about 25,000 miles per year on their van. That means that they will use up the factory warranty in less than 18 months!

The purchase of a vehicle for your business is a major investment. You will want to protect this investment in the event of mechanical breakdown beyond the standard warranty period. Paying for unexpected repairs is always difficult, but it is even worse if you are not able to make the money you need to cover it.

Who provides the Extended Service Agreement (ESA) and what is covered?

The ESA is a General Motors product. Your repairs are made by GM trained technicians at any of the 7,500 GM dealerships across the United States and Canada.

The ESA covers almost every mechanical, electrical, and electronic component of your vehicle, including parts and labor. You are even covered for claims as a result of wear and tear!

The GM ESA is different than an after market warranty because they actually look for excuses to pay for repairs to make sure that you will always come back to them!
