By visiting or any other online platform or service operated by Aztec (the “Websites”) or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may need to update our Privacy Policy, and if we choose to do so, we will post the changes on our website homepage. Subject to applicable law, such changes shall apply to information collected after the date of the change. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Our card processor stores all credit card information. They conduct the credit card transactions using commercially reasonable security precautions, controls, policies, and procedures, consistent with generally accepted data processing standards in the financial services industry. We only store a record that the transaction took place and the amount you donated in connection with your account information. We also may share payment information with our affiliates.

Credit application information: name, contact information, financial information including assets and liabilities, EIN, social security number, and other information.

However, non-personally identifiable Websites visitor information, including aggregated or deidentified information, may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Because there is as of yet no common understanding of how to interpret Web browser-based Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals, we do not currently respond to undefined DNT signals.


Personal information that we collect, access or process will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise provided for under services contracts with clients or as required or authorized by law. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfil the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased or made de-identified.

It is important to note that the Websites are operated in the United States. California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2020 will receive information regarding 2019 sharing activities). For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, Aztec has not sold any personal information about California; nor does it have any plans to do so in the future.

Our Website and services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent.
