By visiting www.aztecfinancial.com or any other online platform or service operated by Aztec (the “Websites”) or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may need to update our Privacy Policy, and if we choose to do so, we will post the changes on our website homepage. Subject to applicable law, such changes shall apply to information collected after the date of the change. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Because there is as of yet no common understanding of how to interpret Web browser-based Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals, we do not currently respond to undefined DNT signals.
RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information that we collect, access or process will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise provided for under services contracts with clients or as required or authorized by law. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfil the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased or made de-identified.
HOW WE USE COOKIES; INTEREST-BASED ADVERTISING
We collect information through cookies. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the confidentiality of personally identifiable information under our control and appropriately limit access to it. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
It is important to note that the Websites are operated in the United States. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once per calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2020 will receive information regarding 2019 sharing activities). You also may designate an authorized agent to make a request for deletion on your behalf by sending an e-mail message to privacy@aztecfinancial.com.
When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we will verify your identity by asking you for information such as your email address, telephone number, or the last four digits of a credit or debit card or other financial account at or used at Aztec. We also may use a third party verification provider to verify your identity.
Your exercise of these rights will have no adverse effect on the price and quality of our goods or services.
For the 12-month period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, Aztec has not sold any personal information about California; nor does it have any plans to do so in the future.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Website and services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us promptly by sending an e-mail message to privacy@aztecfinancial.com with “Request for Child Information Removal” in the subject line and the name and age of the child in the body of the message. We will then make reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from our database and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).
ACCESS, OBJECTION, CORRECTION, AND DELETION
We respect your right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal information is being processed, information about the purposes of that processing, and information about the recipients to whom your personal data have been or will be disclosed. Also, we respect your right to receive the personal data you have provided to Aztec in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and your right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing.
